The location of the hotel was fantastic, being near the Christmas market and a market in Heidelberg. The staff were amazing throughout my stay. The restaurant had delicious food that was well presented, and the service was excellent.

Welcoming our furry friend was a breeze with our pet-friendly room that had just been spruced up. We also had an extra bed for added comfort. The central location near the Historical Centre made it super convenient for exploring. Plus, we were just steps away from the main shopping street and another bustling shopping area. 🐾

We needed a place for celebrating a birthday, and everything was beautiful. The location was excellent, with the main shopping street and a shopping street within walking distance. There was a Michelin-starred restaurant nearby.

The hotel is wonderfully situated in a convenient location near the Deutsches Verpackungs-Museum.

The room was pet-friendly with a mini fridge bar, a work desk and an electric kettle.

Traditional building and rooms with an extra bed. Good and magnificent location and attentive employees from booking enquiries to check-in to check-out.

This place offers a nice pool, a varied breakfast, and comfortable rooms with coffee/tea facilities and an extra bed available.

The location here is great for exploring the Neckar River.

The hotel is very elegant and absolutely great. I loved the garden view. The staff was incredible and incredibly kind, offering great recommendations. The breakfast was superb, with a variety of delicacies. I had a superb stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and passionate, giving a great first impression of the hotel. The hotel itself has a lot of history and character which can be seen in the building and decoration. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city near the Christmas market. The breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and sparkling clean table settings.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel offered two nice treats upon arrival and departure, which were a welcome surprise. The location was convenient to all the popular tourist sights and the main shopping street. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from and the coffee was decent.

The room was small and lacked any charm or character. The bed was uncomfortable and made for a noisy night's sleep.

Staff were very good

Breakfast was disappointing. I don't eat cooked breakfasts, so I need juice, fruit and cereals. There didn't appear to be any cereals and there was no staff at the time (Friday21/01/11 @ 07:30) to ask.

Room was spacious, with large bathroom. Location was good, with a nearby underground public car park. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was very good, if a bit fancy.

I feel that in a 5-star hotel at least some of breakfast, parking, internet and swimming pool should be included and not all charged extra! Also, the hotel itself is very old and some parts of the rooms are looking a bit tired. Our shower was mouldy, had cracked/broken tiles and kept fluctuating from freezing cold to hot. The place felt more like a grand 3-star hotel to me.

Luxury room upgrade, perfect stay, dinner in inner courtyard, loved the food, inside pool and spa.

There was nothing I didn't like.
